AC Milan has reached personal terms with Divock Origi, Liverpool’s forward.

Although a contract is not yet signed and a medical has not been conducted,

it seems increasingly likely that the Serie A side

will be the destination of the forward when his Liverpool contract expires.

The Athletic reported in April Origi was considering a lucrative offer from Milan

after a season where his opportunities were limited.

The Belgian international did not play enough games to qualify for an extension clause in the contract.

He was largely restricted to a squad role at the club during his time there,

having only played in two league games over the two previous campaigns.

Since moving from Lille to Liverpool in 2015, the 27-year old

has had many memorable moments at the club.

He scored two goals against Barcelona in the Champions League semi-final return at Anfield in 2019.

He also won the Merseyside derby in 2017 against Everton

and was on the bench for the final of the 2019 Champions League.
