Its Stop the Deal campaign is trying to persuade Tesla stockholders 

to protest against the takeover offer that has been held by Elon Musk, 

who wants more details on fraudulent accounts on the platform. 

More than a dozen advocacy organizations have started a new campaign 

to Elon Musk to block his $44 billion takeover as the micro-blogging website stated 

that the waiting time for the deal was over pursuant to 

the HSR (Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements) Act in the US.  

Its Stop the Deal campaign is convincing Tesla stockholders 

to protest against the takeover offer that was delayed by Musk 

in order to obtain more information about fraudulent accounts on the platform. 

The group that includes non-profit organizations such as Accountable Tech, 

 Center for Countering Digital Hate, 

GLAAD and MediaJustice have also asked Tesla members to request advertisers to cease spending on Twitter.
